Blake Dawson joined ACM in January 2014 as a managing partner. ACM is a fee management real estate organization engaged in the management and leasing of commercial properties. Our mission is to create value for the assets we manage with pro-active management skills, attention to details, sound accounting controls and the excellent relationships ACM builds with clients, tenants, brokers and vendors. ACM currently manages 5 million square feet of commercial real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Utah. Blake’s real estate career spans over sixteen years. Previously, Blake served as President of Reliance Management, which oversaw the management and leasing activity for an office and industrial portfolio consisting of over 10 million square feet. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations for Trammell Crow Company, Senior Manager for Insignia/ESG and Senior Manager for CBRE. As managing partner of ACM, Blake oversees the management operations of ACM, client relationships, and marketing.
Glenda Cope

Glenda’s real estate career spans more than three decades. She brings more than thirty years of experience in accounting, leasing, operations and management for all property types. Glenda currently manages a portfolio of approximately 500,000 square feet consisting of medical, office and industrial properties. Included in her responsibilities are lease negotiations, tenant relations, building renovations, inspections and the day to day operations of the buildings. Glenda has an excellent rapport with her clients as well as her tenants. Her clients are able to maximize their investment as a result of her expertise in reducing operating costs and her ability to analyze the various factors that impact the financial performance of the asset.
Sandra Cooley

Sandra Cooley joined ACM in 2001. Her portfolio includes the management of office, industrial, medical and retail properties. Sandra has been in property management for over 20 years and has managed assets for institutional clients as well as private investors. Sandra has experience in all aspects of professional property management including but not limited to acquisitions and dispositions, tenant relations and retention, owner relations, budgets, collections, reconciliation of tenant reimbursements, supervision of vendors and contractors, tenant improvements and building renovations.
Juanita Brooks

Juanita Brooks began her real estate career with the Cole Companies as an asset management assistant responsible for retail centers within the state of Arizona. As a result of her success in this assignment, Juanita obtained her real estate license and was promoted to property manager. In 2004, Juanita joined ACM as property manager responsible for over 340,000 square feet of combined medical, industrial and office space. She is responsible for the entire operation of her assets including the hiring and supervising of contractors, building inspections, tenant relations and budget preparation. Juanita’s extensive knowledge of building systems enables her to assist property owners in making the most beneficial decisions regarding their building’s performance.
Jackie Tucker

Prior to joining ACM in 2003, Jackie Tucker had been a seasoned property accountant with Grubb & Ellis since 1997. Jackie was responsible for all aspects of the accounting process. The management team relied on Jackie for the processing of deposits, cash receipts, preparation of CAM reconciliations, management of accounts payable and preparation of the month end financial reports. Jackie’s current portfolio consists of large, publicly held corporations with detailed accounting guidelines specific to each of their needs. Her attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and her strong knowledge of accrual accounting contribute to the success of each asset within her portfolio.
Dee Gobet

Property Manager
Diana joined ACM and brings over 20 years experience in commercial property management including office, industrial and retail properties for individual owners as well as institutional clients. Ms. Gobet obtained her RPA designation from BOMA in 2000. She currently manages a portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail product throughout the Phoenix area.
Kurt Guldi

Kurt Guldi joined ACM in 2016. Prior to joining ACM in 2016, Kurt was a real estate manager with CBRE who managed full service office and industrial properties that also included large national tenants. Throughout his career he has experience managing portfolios for both local and national clients with various types of properties such as office, industrial, POA’s, and retail. Kurt has experience in most aspects of property management including; Budgeting, capital projects, tenant improvements, building acquisitions/dispositions, CAM reconciliations, vendor/contract management, project supervision, tenant appreciation and retention, collections, and owner relations. He currently manages a mixed portfolio of over 400,000 s/f across the Phoenix metro area.
