Peter Lyons is the co-founder and managing partner of ACM. He has been living in Arizona for over thirty years and is a graduate of Arizona State University’s MBA program. Peter’s real estate career spans over more than three decades. He began his career in the construction industry and then transitioned into property management. Previously, Peter served as Director of Operations for Grubb & Ellis Management Services overseeing the operations of the management division for Phoenix, Denver, and Tucson. Prior to Grubb & Ellis he worked with Mellon Bank as an asset manager for their institutional clients. In December, 2001, Peter co-founded ACM. As managing partner of ACM, Peter oversees the management of ACM as well as management of a portfolio for a select number of clients. Under Peter’s leadership, ACM has grown to manage over 5.4 million square feet of commercial real estate. He is a “hands-on” leader who is in touch with the activities of the property, managers, market, and remains in attuned to and in front of the clients.
Glenda Cope

Glenda’s real estate career spans more than three decades. She brings more than thirty years of experience in accounting, leasing, operations and management for all property types. Glenda currently manages a portfolio of approximately 500,000 square feet consisting of medical, office and industrial properties. Included in her responsibilities are lease negotiations, tenant relations, building renovations, inspections and the day to day operations of the buildings. Glenda has an excellent rapport with her clients as well as her tenants. Her clients are able to maximize their investment as a result of her expertise in reducing operating costs and her ability to analyze the various factors that impact the financial performance of the asset.
Sandra Cooley

Sandra Cooley joined ACM in 2001. Her portfolio includes the management of office, industrial, medical and retail properties. Sandra has been in property management for over 20 years and has managed assets for institutional clients as well as private investors. Sandra has experience in all aspects of professional property management including but not limited to acquisitions and dispositions, tenant relations and retention, owner relations, budgets, collections, reconciliation of tenant reimbursements, supervision of vendors and contractors, tenant improvements and building renovations.
Anne Pappas

Anne Pappas has been with ACM for over three years now after relocating from Southern California. She has almost 20 years experience in commercial property management including office, industrial, biotech, and retail properties for individual owners as well as institutional clients. Ms. Pappas obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 1986 from the University of San Diego. She obtained her RPA designation from BOMA in 1998. She currently manages a portfolio consisting of office, industrial and retail product throughout the Phoenix area.
Shawn Bondy

Shawn Bondy is a graduate of Arizona State University graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2004 with a major in Economics and a minor in International Studies. Prior to joining ACM in 2007, Shawn developed his management skills as the on-site manager for an industrial property with over one hundred (100) tenants. His current portfolio is in excess of 350,000 square feet and includes a mixture of office, medical, industrial and retail properties. He is responsible for billing, collection of rents, developing budgets, assisting with new lease and tenant renewal negotiations, hiring and supervising of contractors, performing building inspections, tenant relations and retention. As a property manager, he prides himself on taking an ownership approach in managing each asset and protecting the client’s interests while maintaining positive tenant relations.
Juanita Brooks

Juanita Brooks began her real estate career with the Cole Companies as an asset management assistant responsible for retail centers within the state of Arizona. As a result of her success in this assignment, Juanita obtained her real estate license and was promoted to property manager. In 2004, Juanita joined ACM as property manager responsible for over 340,000 square feet of combined medical, industrial and office space. She is responsible for the entire operation of her assets including the hiring and supervising of contractors, building inspections, tenant relations and budget preparation. Juanita’s extensive knowledge of building systems enables her to assist property owners in making the most beneficial decisions regarding their building’s performance.
Jackie Tucker

Prior to joining ACM in 2003, Jackie Tucker had been a seasoned property accountant with Grubb & Ellis since 1997. Jackie was responsible for all aspects of the accounting process. The management team relied on Jackie for the processing of deposits, cash receipts, preparation of CAM reconciliations, management of accounts payable and preparation of the month end financial reports. Jackie’s current portfolio consists of large, publicly held corporations with detailed accounting guidelines specific to each of their needs. Her attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and her strong knowledge of accrual accounting contribute to the success of each asset within her portfolio.
